By accessing and using Shryft ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Shryft provides a shift management and notification platform that enables businesses to manage employee schedules, send shift notifications through multiple channels (email, Slack, WhatsApp), and handle shift acceptance, waiting lists, and dropouts.

The Service is currently in beta/early access phase and is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

5. Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
  • Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • Limit features or access for certain users
  • Remove or refuse to distribute any content

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Calendar, Slack, and WhatsApp. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Shryft SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Failed, delayed, or missed shift notifications
  • Integration issues with third-party services
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shryft, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
